Calling all Dreaded Heads!

We need your help! We’re looking for dreadie guys and gals with style, pizzazz and flare to feature in a new Dreadlock Styles page here at knottyboy.com! You know the ones - special-occasion or rockstar styles for dreadheads going to the prom, first dates, weddings, fancy debutante balls, or bat mitzvahs. We’d love to know how you tied, arranged and beautified your dreadlocks for that special occasion. If you or anyone you know has any pictures of dread fancy ‘dos, email them in with a brief description of how you did the ‘do to Knotty Sacha - sacha@knottyboy.com. Knotty Boy Lock Shop and Salon Birthday

Well, despite a sizable culinary disaster in the form of KnottySarah’s cupcakes falling the night before the party (apparently turning into ‘puck-cakes’), the Knotty Boy Lock Shop and Salon’s First Birthday party went off without a hitch, with an emergency platter of gourmet goodies from Fratelli’s and plenty of Jones Soda! Thanks to all the Knotty kids and friends who came out to celebrate with us, and congrats to Karianne and D'arcy Sinclair who are the lucky winners of a free color or dread service of their choice! Happy Birthday to us!!!

Update on Knotty Bill

Knotty Bill’s latest CT scan shows that the cancer in his jaw that he has been battling since May 2004 has not spread into his lungs – we all breathe a sigh of thankfulness and relief. He continues to gain strength and weight as the tumor seems to be in some kind of remission, and is feeling better than ever.
