You’ve gone and done it again, Knotty ones!! As of November 2006, this is our 10th child in total in our rapidly growing family of sponsored kids! Thanks to your extra $1 contributions upon checkout from our website, meet our third little cutie sponsored specifically through the Knotty Boy Eco-Packaging fundraiser, little 4 ½ year old Indhumathy Murugan from India.

Indhumanthy’s mum works as a laborer, and her father recently passed away, so it’s been sad times for this family with very little money to go around, on top of it all. This family is living on approximately $18/mo so you can see how there would be no extra money to provide an education for little Indhumathy, and possibly not food or clothing, either. Now that she's in school with your help, her favorite subject is English and she loves playing with her friends.

July 2007 update - We got a letter and new picture! Little Indu is so much bigger now!

Hi, I am doing fine. My Brother Madham is also fine. I am proud to study in this school. I am very thankful to you for your funds. I am studying well. I do a lot of picture reading. I have just learned to write the alphabet and numbers.
