He's 9 years old this year, and has one brother and one sister. We've been told that Wayne is intelligent and talented, his progress and health are both good and he loves writing and drawing. Wayne's family is very poor. His father works hard at daily hire jobs but his income is very meager and he finds it extremely difficult to meet the family's basic needs.

Letters: Jan. 26, 04 Wayne sent us a letter! It says, "Dear sponsor. Thank you for helping me in my studies. You are the best Christmas in my life and my family. May God bless you. Happy New Year. Love, Wayne Aldren Lorienzo." Aww!! July 6, 04 Wayne sends another! "Dear sponsor. I and my parents are very thankful because you have chosen me to be your scholar. This is really a great help to us. I assure you that I will continue to study hard with the help of God. May God bless you. Love and prayer, Wayne Aldren Lorienzo." Spring 2006 Dear Sponsor, Thank you very much for your untiring support in my studies. I am now in Grade Four and I am enjoying being with my classmates.
