The Emergency Kit is two parts: the Shampoo is designed to remove our wax, but it also takes care of environmental buildup – and trust me, if you’ve had your dreads for any amount of time, you’ve got some. But it’s really the Conditioner in the kit that’s the magic ingredient – it’s a super slippery formula that coats your hair, letting you pull out those knots with minimal breakage. This doesn’t mean that you can start hacking away with a comb – you can’t attack your hair like a crazy person and expect to have anything nice left afterwards.  Go slow, and it WILL work.
