Can I get it couriered overnight?
Knotty Boy cannot ship overnight, COD, UPS, or by way of any other courier
company to the US or elsewhere, since we are in Canada and have a border and
customs to deal with. The shipping would cost far more than the products
themselves, so we don't offer these methods of shipping since we already use the
most economical way available to ship from here to there.

Can I have a refund?
Knotty Boy DreadStuff will ONLY accept returns on unworn
clothing and accessories. Knotty Boy reserves the right to determine
what is re-saleable and in acceptable condition to be returned for a
refund or exchange.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds on any of our body products
(ie. wax, shampoo, etc.) or on our underwear, or our metal or plastic combs,
whether they have been opened or not, for hygienic reasons. If a body

Can I track my order?
You may be able to track your order depending on your chosen shipping
method. The shipping options marked "trackable" will have tracking information automatically emailed to you once

How do I add and remove items from my Knotty Shopping Cart?
Adding items is done by clicking the "Add to Cart" buttons found next to
the products on the website. To remove something, go to your Shopping
Cart, click 'remove item'. The Continue Shopping button lets you go back to shopping to your
heart's content!

How do you ship?
We are proud to offer shipping through either UPS or Canada Post (delivered by USPS in the United States).

How long will it take for my order to reach me?
To calculate delivery times, please add items to your cart and being the Checkout process. You do not have to enter your credit card information to see them.
All orders ship from our warehouse within 2 business days. Please note these days are not included in the estimated shipping times during checkout.

How much does shipping cost?
To calculate shipping rates, add items to your cart and proceed to Checkout. You do not have to enter your payment information to see the rates. Shipping costs are automatically calculated for your order based on
the size, weight, destination and shipping method you select during
the checkout process. Generally the faster the shipping takes the more it
will cost.

What are your products shipped in?
All Knotty Boy products are shipped in eco-friendly packaging! We use paper-filled mailers and cardboard boxes with corn-starch packing bits that fizzle up in water.

What if I haven't received my order?
Hopefully it's just still on its way! Here is some information that can help you determine what happened to your order:
Check over your order confirmation email to make sure the shipping
address is correct. Determine the expected delivery date by counting
the maximum amount of business days your shipping method takes from the
day your order was shipped out. If it's past that date, here's what

products being designed for use on the body and Health Canada's guidelines for

Why am I suddenly being charged extra at the post office when I pick up my Knotty Boy order?
You are being asked to pay the truly nasty import taxes and duties. It is no
different than when we buy something from any another country, ship it into our
country and have to pay all import taxes and duties to before they will give us
the parcel. Don't borders suck? Lately, it seems like some countries (in
particular in the UK) have decided to crack down on packages coming in from
abroad and that's why it seems more parcels are being dinged for these taxes,
fees and duties...

Why does my credit card get a transaction not approved message?
Don't worry, this usually does not mean there is anything wrong with
your credit card. The most common reasons a transaction is not approved
are:
