Can I have a refund?Knotty Boy DreadStuff will ONLY accept returns on unworn clothing and accessories. Knotty Boy reserves the right to determine what is re-saleable and in acceptable condition to be returned for a refund or exchange. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on any of our body products (ie. wax, shampoo, etc.) or on our underwear, or our metal or plastic combs, whether they have been opened or not, for hygienic reasons. If a body product is returned to us, it must be destroyed, as we do not feel comfortable reselling a previously purchased body product to another customer. And we hope that you, in turn, would appreciate knowing that your products are fresh and untampered with, too! Knotty Boy can only issue money-back refunds on non-body product items to customers outside of Canada who have paid by credit card. For customers outside of Canada who have paid by cash, check or money order, you will be granted an exchange only, because we are a Canadian company and cannot refund your cash in US funds. Shipping charges are non-refundable for all orders. There is a 15% re-stocking fee charged on all returned orders. Exchanged orders will be subject to reshipping charges. If a shipment is refused at the correct shipping address, there will be no refund on shipping & receiving costs, in addition to the 15% re-stocking fees . If the return is authorized, be sure to include the original invoice,
and a written note detailing the reason for the return, whether you
want a refund or exchange, your email address and telephone number so we can
contact you if we need any further info, and any other details you think we
