RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Knotty Boy will ONLY accept returns on unworn clothing and accessories.
- Knotty Boy reserves the right to determine what is re-saleable and in acceptable condition to be returned for a refund or exchange. Email us with the details of the return you wish to do, to have your item authorized for return before shipping it to us.
- We do not accept returns or issue refunds on any of our body products (ie. Wax, Shampoo, etc.) or on underwear, or metal/plastic combs, whether they have been opened or not, for hygienic reasons. If a body product is returned to us, it must be destroyed, as we do not feel comfortable reselling a previously purchased body product to another customer. And we hope that you, in turn, appreciate knowing that your products are fresh and untampered with, too!
- Knotty Boy can issue money-back refunds to customers outside of Canada who have paid by credit card only. For customers outside of Canada who have paid by cash, check or money order, you will be granted an exchange only, because we are a Canadian company and cannot refund your cash in US funds.
- Exchanged orders will be subject to reshipping charges unless the item is defective.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable for all orders.
- There is a 5% cancellation fee charged on all canceled orders, whether shipped or not, to cover the cost of the initial processing of the order.
- If a return is authorized, please send your item, the original invoice and a written note detailing the reason for the return, including whether you want a refund or exchange. Please also include your email address and telephone number (so we can contact you if we need any further info), and any other details you think we should have regarding your claim, to the following address:
