Anyone can use the Light Wax. If you have blond, red or light brown hair you should use the Light Wax.
The Dark Wax is only for brown to black hair. The lighter wax is clear, rather than "light coloured". It will be a little cloudy at first on darker hair, but once it's absorbed you won't see it. (If it's leaving a film, use less!)
The only difference between the Light and Dark wax is that the Dark has Walnut Extract added to darken its colour. See the ingredients list here.
