Here's the scoop- you should ONLY use the gel on WET HAIR!!!After washing, palm-roll in a pea-sized blob per couple of dreads.Too much gel, using gel on dry hair and exposing gel to too much heat (ie: from a hair dryer) can cause flakiness.
