If it started out that way, and you've removed your dreadlocks with care, your hair should be just fine. For the first few days, it will be a little 'shocked' - standing up more if it tended to before, a little more frizzy - and it might be much curlier than it was (having been in the world's smallest curlers for the duration of the time you've had it locked!)

Applying a small amount of diluted Removal Conditioner will help to weight it enough to calm down from super-frizz. You may want to have a trim - we recommend waiting a few weeks until it returns to normal.

Hair that was chemically treated prior to or during the life of your locks may be more brittle, so condition as necessary and avoid harsh treatments for a while.
