RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- We do not accept returns or issue refunds on any of our body products (e.g. Wax, Shampoo, etc.) or combs, opened or not, for hygienic reasons. If a body product is returned to us, it must be destroyed, as we do not feel comfortable reselling a previously purchased body product to another customer. We hope that you, in turn, appreciate knowing that your products are fresh and untampered with!
- Returns accepted only on unworn clothing and accessories.
- Exchanges & returns are subject to non-refundable reshipping charges (except for defective items).
- We reserve the right to pre-approve returns or exchanges. Please email us before shipping a return!
