article Hey, well, I think I've got a problem. I started to do the neglect method (my friend formed the dreads with some knots and braids), and what you said was going to happen pretty much happened. It's matting, kinda gross, and full of dandruff. I can only think of two options: try using wax at this point in the process and see what happens, or cut and start over. What should I do??
