How can i protect my dreads while sleeping?

Try wearing a snug cap, bandanna, or stocking cap over your locks when you sleep. The Knotty Boy dreadbands work like a charm!

Active sleepers may require a dread hat or stocking cap for maximum control of sleepwalking dreads.

If that's not an option, time is the great healer and your dreads will tighten up as they mature and tend not to want to come undone as much - you may need extra palmrolling at the beginning.
