LockSteady Tropical Tightening Gel

1. Wet hair, and rub a tablespoon of Gel into your palms
2. Run your gel-smeared hands down small bundles of locks from scalp to ends
3. Palm-roll each dread. For maximum hold, palm-roll again while still tacky.
4. Allow locks to air dry, or use a hairdryer on ‘Low’ to dry locks completely.
5. For quick lock-tightening on the go, try mixing 1 part Gel to 3 parts water, add to a Spritzer Bottle, shake well and spray lightly all over. Palm roll if desired to bring frizzies and loose hair under control.

Conditioning Spray

Shake well, spray as needed onto locks.

Knot-Tea Scalp Tonic

1. Gently squeeze each bag before brewing to release Essential Oils in the herbs.
2. Pour 1 cup boiling water over one tea bag in a cup or mug.
3. Allow to stand until the tea is room temperature, then pour Tea into a clean, empty Spritzer Bottle.
4. Spritz lightly on dreadlocks and scalp, but do not over soak. Use once every two days or so, for continued freshness.

Knot-Teas will last up to one week in the refrigerator. Not intended for consumption.

Shampoo Bar

• Wet scalp and locks, and get the Bar wet, too. It becomes very foamy, so either work up a good, thick lather in your hands and scrub it onto your scalp, or you can rub the Bar directly on your scalp between the locks and work up a lather that way.

• Once lathered up, get down to your scalp with your fingertips and give it a thorough, gentle scrub all over./p>

• Let the Essential Oils sit and do their thing for a minute or two.

• Rinse, allowing the Shampoo to run through your dreads, thereby cleaning them without handling them too much. This is the best way to clean new, still-soft locks without damaging all that hard work you've put into them.

• Repeat as necessary. You will be able to feel how squeaky clean your scalp is after it's been rinsed, and where you need to shampoo again.
