We make every reasonable effort to ensure that your orders arrive timely and in good condition. If we ship an order incompletely, improperly (e.g., to an address other than that supplied by you), or if your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive, that is our responsibility, and we will, at our sole discretion, either refund or replace your order without undue delay.
It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete address at checkout. Orders returned to us due to improperly addressed mail incur return shipping charges, which will be deducted from any potential refund, and additional outbound re-shipping charges, which will be due and payable before such re-shipping. Refunds or re-shipments will be in our sole discretion, and at your cost, for shipping addresses incorrectly supplied by you.
Any "Express" services we offer by any courier are subject to customs, weather, force majeure, or other technical or logistical delays and cannot be guaranteed. Such and some other shipping services we offer include the mailing of a tracking number to the email address you provide to us at checkout, which allow for scheduling of receipt of orders we send you.
Order Processing Period
Orders ship within two business days unless otherwise specified from our warehouse in Canada. Knotty Boy is closed weekends and Canadian statutory holidays. Please note that your local statutory holidays may further impact delivery dates.
We stand behind our products and we sincerely appreciate your business. If a product is defective, or there is any problem with your order, please contact us so we can make it right through a replacement or refund.
We do not accept returns, or issue refunds on unexpected returns, on any hair or body products, including combs, whether opened or not. We hope that you appreciate knowing that your products are fresh and untampered with.
For any other product returns for reasons other than a defective product, please note that we do not issue return labels. Where we do issue a return label, we do so at our sole discretion, and may instead opt to refund an order.
We accept returns via your country's national postal service only. Shipments received via couriers - UPS, FedEx, &al - will incur brokerage / importation fees, and these will be deducted from any potential refund, or, more likely based on total order value, refused receipt.
